Egypt wins three Gold medals in Team Kumite(Female), -61(Female) and +68(Female) in the WKF World Championships in Germany
Female Kumite – 61kg : Giana LOFTY (Egypt)
In this category with no strong leader, the newcomer Giana LOFTY, 2014 African Champion and winner of the World Championships for Under 21 in 2013defeated Syakilla Salni JEFRY KRISHNAN (Malaysia) in the final (2/1).
Female Kumite +68Kg: Shymaa ABOUEL YAZED (Egypt)
As for the two previous categories, early eliminations of the favorites permitted Shymaa ABOUEL YAZED, whose best result was a 5th palce in Tokyo 2008 world championship, to win the World title after defeating (2/1) Hamideh ABBASALI (Iran)
Female Team Kumite : EGYPT
The Final was won the team of Egypt who defeated France 2/0, Double reigning champion (2010,2012).Turkey and Japan took the bronze.
